This is a Made to Order Item. Each stage to create any products is totally assembled and completed by handmade for your order! These processes start as soon as your order which is placed, and may have a processing time of 7-14 business days before shipped.
Insurance is not mandatory, but your package may be lost, stolen, or damaged during being out for delivery or if your delivery man often leaves the package in your mailbox (are more likely to be stolen). So we offer you to choose Insurance to ensure your order.
In case you want to change the shipping method, please kindly contact [email protected] to know how to charge the additional shipping fee and you should confirm the fee with us afterward.

- With APO/FPO addresses, the only way to send a parcel is by USPS.
How can I track my package?
A Tracking Number will be sent to you by email after 14 days from the date you placed the order. If you haven’t received your tracking number within the time frames above, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
If it has been more than 7 days your tracking data is still not updating, please contact us via [email protected] and we will check it for you.
I never received my package, what should I do?
If your item has not arrived within 45 days for apparel products and 60 days for the rest products after the day you placed the order, contact our Customer Support Team via [email protected] and we will do our best to support you!
The delivery time might last a bit longer (7-10 days) during the busy season and pandemic time.
The tracking shows that my package has arrived at my destination, however, I couldn’t receive it, what is the solution?
You should contact the local post office first to determine whether your package was delivered there or not. In case you can’t collect the package then, please contact Customer Support Team via [email protected] for a better check.
We won't be responsible for the situation in which the package was lost or returned as the shipping dispatcher couldn’t contact you successfully via your phone number provided.
Will I be charged for duties or customs when my package arrives in my country?
The value and shipping information are printed on a sticker outside the package when your order is shipped. However, duties and taxes are calculated and charged by customs officials in your country. As such, they are beyond our control. As the importer of record, you are responsible for duties, taxes and any other charges that your country chooses to impose for the import.
How much will customs charges be in my country?
As your country’s officials individually assess charges upon import, we are unable to provide an estimation on how much you may be charged for customs. Charges vary from case to case. Instead, please try contacting the customs officials in your country to better understand what the customs charges might be for your order.
What is a Customs Invoice?
Please don't be surprised if there is an invoice with prices different from the price you bought in the package because that is a symbolic amount. A customs invoice is a document that travels with your package and contains information about the items inside your package. The customs invoice is required for customs clearance, and your shipment can leave the country without one.

The courier will destroy orders that will be tagged as returned to sender due to the wrong address/lack of address information. Scottish Clans will only shoulder 50% of the total product cost as a refund credit back to your account. If you want to resend it, please confirm your address, and we will surcharge up to 30% for the replacement.
